REMINDER - Cold Water Classic Invitational Entries - Due TONIGHT!

This is a reminder that Cold Water Classic Invitational (hosted by Warrington Swim Club) will close tonight at midnight. Please see below for additional information and details.

The entry deadline for this event is TUESDAY, JUNE 14TH, 2022 AT MIDNIGHT!  NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED!

If your swimmer(s) is interested in competing at this meet, you will need to register online ASAP! 

To register for this event, please sign in to lmtswim.com – once you are logged in, please click events and scroll to find the event titled Cold Water Classic – Invitational Swim Meet.

It is also very important to know that you MUST have a valid credit card on file within our website to be able to register for this meet.  (See below for instructions)

10 AND UNDER - Thursday, June 23, 2022

Warm ups: 5:30 – 6:00PM / Meets starts at 6:15PM 

11 AND OVER - Friday, June 24, 2022

The Cold Water Classic benefits all LBSL swimmers. This event enables swimmers to have current competitive times for other LBSL invitationals scheduled for later in the season.  Most of the league sanctioned times for other invitationals are due shortly after the Cold Water Classic. This event also offers the opportunity for all children to swim.  This is a great opportunity for swimmers to compete individually to earn medals and ribbons!  

The age of the swimmer as of June 15, 2022 will determine age group placement.  Each swimmer may swim a maximum of five (5) individual events.  In keeping with the competitive spirit to help each child succeed, children ages 12 and under will compete within a one year age category for certain events.

DEADLINE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION IS MIDNIGHT JUNE 14TH, 2022

LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!

AWARDS

Individual awards will be given to the top 18 finishers in each event:

1st-3rd Medals                      4th-6th Rosettes               7th-18th Ribbons

All events will be timed finals.  Warrington is a six lane meter pool.  The top 18 finishers in each division, in each event, will earn points toward a team trophy.  Each division winning team will receive a team trophy.

Food, beverages, programs and swim shop will be available at this meet.

PROCEDURE FOR ENTRIES AND PAYMENT FOR INVITATIONALS THIS SEASON:

You will first need to enter a credit card on file before registering for this swim meet.  Once you are logged into your account at lmtswim.com, click "My Account" on the left hand side of the home page.  Click "My Account" once again from the drop down options.  You can then select "Payment Setup" from the selections and follow the instructions on how to Add New Card to your account.  If your swimmer was on the team last year, PLEASE check the credit card that you have on file to make sure it is still correct.  

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER FOR THIS MEET UNLESS YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE!

Once you have entered your credit card into our system, you will need to log out and log back into our website and follow the following instructions on how to register your swimmer for this meet:

1.  Sign back in to your account at lmtswim.com

2.  Click on “Events” on the top of the home page.

3.  "Cold Water Classic Invitational" will be posted as beginning on June 23rd.  Click the Edit Commitment button.

4.  You should now be able to scroll down and see your swimmer's name.  Click on your swimmer's name, click on the arrow and select "yes, sign (swimmer) up for this meet" which will then direct you onto the page where you can check off the box for the events that the swimmer wishes to swim (maximum of 5).

8.  Click "Save Changes" at the bottom.

9.  Your online sign up is now complete! 

Your credit card will be charged AFTER Coach Kathryn has approved each swimmer's entries.

THE COST OF THIS MEET IS $5 PER EVENT  

5 EVENTS = $25

4 EVENTS = $20

3 EVENTS = $15

2 EVENTS = $10

1 EVENT = $5
