Good evening Swimmers and Families!
Happy 4th of July! I hope you all are having a safe and relaxing holiday weekend. Thank you to all of our seasoned and new families for your support and help in making our first home meet such a positive experience for all of our swimmers. We are so excited to see everyone in action this week at our first away swim meet!
Practice schedule –
MONDAY, JULY 4 – NO SWIM PRACTICE.
Tuesday - Friday, July 5-8:
7:00-8:30 AM (ages 12 and up)
8:30-9:45 AM (ages 9/10/11)
9:45-10:45 AM (ages 8 and under)
10:45-11:30 AM (developmental) *NO practice on Friday, July 8
** WEDNESDAY, July 6 – long course (13 and over, experienced swimmers) – 6:30-8:30 AM. There is NO long course practice on Friday, July 8. Normal LC practice schedule will resume Monday, July 11.
WAWA HOAGIEFEST FUNDRAISER:
Who doesn’t love a Wawa hoagie? Stop by any practice this week to purchase a coupon for a short hoagie for $5.00 (same price as the hoagie). Coupons are good for any type of hoagie and do not expire. Coupons are good at any Wawa. Thank you for helping support our team!
SWIM MEET (AWAY) v. ORELAND:
Our second dual swim meet will be on Thursday, July 7, 2022 AWAY against Oreland. Please declare your swimmer(s) by Sunday, July 3, 2022 at MIDNIGHT. Oreland is one of our farther destinations - please consider traffic time when planning. Let’s go LMT!

RICHBORO AQUA PENTATHLON:
Online registration for our second invitational meet, the Richboro Aqua Pentathlon held 7/9/2022 - 7/10/2022, is now closed. Good luck to all of our athletes this coming weekend!
ODD AGE INVITATIONAL:
Online registration for the Odd Age Invitational is expected to open sometime this week. The date of this meet is Saturday, July 16, 2022. It will be a quick turnaround for entries – please keep an eye on your email this week!
Did you order suits, personalized cap, or spirit wear?
Suits, caps, and spirit wear have arrived! Suits and caps will be distributed during all practices this week Tuesday-Friday from 8-11 AM. Non-personalized caps are available for purchase for $10 (cash or Venmo).
WEATHER REMINDER:
Please keep an eye on your email when the forecast calls for storms during practice times and/or meets.
