Good evening Swimmers and Families!
I hope you all had a great weekend! Congratulations to all of our Pentathlon swimmers on all of their great swims this weekend! I am looking forward to a great week – please see below for some important updates for the week.
Practice schedule –
Monday - Friday, July 11-15:
7:00-8:30 AM (ages 12 and up)
8:30-9:45 AM (ages 9/10/11)
9:45-10:45 AM (ages 8 and under)
10:45-11:30 AM (developmental) *NO practice on Friday, July 15
** Longcourse – Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30-8:30 AM
WAWA HOAGIEFEST FUNDRAISER:
Who doesn’t love a Wawa hoagie? Stop by any practice this week to purchase a coupon for a short hoagie for $5.00 (same price as the hoagie). Coupons are good for any type of hoagie and do not expire. Coupons are good at any Wawa. Thank you for helping support our team!
SWIM MEET (AWAY) v. WARRINGTON:
Our third dual swim meet (and final away meet) will be on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 AWAY against Warrington. Please arrive by 5:30 PM. Bringing a chair or blanket to sit on is a good idea. Good luck to all of our swimmers!
SWIM MEET (HOME) v. TORRESDALE:
Our fourth dual meet will be on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 HOME against Torresdale. Please declare your swimmer(s) by Saturday, July 16, 2022 at MIDNIGHT. Let’s go LMT!

ODD AGE INVITATIONAL:
Registration for the Odd Age Invitational held Saturday, July 16, 2022 at George School is now closed. Credit cards have been charged – you may receive an email regarding the charge and you may disregard this. More information regarding arrival times, warm up schedule, and parent jobs will be coming later this week.
TEAM PICNIC!
Please join us on Sunday, July 17, 2022 beginning at 5:30 PM for our annual team picnic. The team will be providing pizzas for everyone. Please click here or use the link below to RSVP. If your last name begins with A-M, please bring a dessert to share and last names N-Z, please bring a side or appetizer. The picnic will be held by the lap pool.
