Odd Age Invitational Jobs and Information

Good morning Odd Age Swimmers and Families, 

Job signups are now open for this meet - please be aware that job registrations are divided two time slots. We have only been assigned timing jobs and we will need a total of eight (8) volunteers. Each job will have a first shift and second shift to decrease the burden and long commitment from families. It takes a village to run a meet so thank you for helping staff these positions.

 

If we do not have enough volunteers, you may be assigned a position. Deadline to register for our job assignments is TODAY, 7/15 at 6:00 PM. Once the deadline has passed, any unfilled positions will be assigned to families attending. Please help us staff this meet so we don't have to track families down - we really appreciate your help. 

 

WARM UPS and ARRIVAL TIME: 
Arrival for this meet will be 7:45 AM - please be prompt with your arrival as we have an assigned warm up time beginning promptly at 8:00 AM.

George School

*Enter George School Campus at Farm Drive Entrance (middle entrance of three). Parking is in front of the Fitness & Athletic Center (FAC) building.

 

WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring - 
Chair and/or towel to sit on. 
Towels.
Sweats/warm clothes.
Goggles.
LMT Swim Cap.
Bathing Suit.
Snacks/Drinks.

 

**Teams will be stationed in the Multipurpose Gym on the first floor of the building. Swimmers will be ushered to the pool deck ready bench area for their events. Spectators will be seated in the spectator area of the natatorium on the 2nd floor.
