Swim Team Updates and Meet Arrival Info
Hi Everyone,
Meet Arrival 5:15, Warm Up 5:30, Senior Presentation/Gifts 6:15, Meet Start 6:45pm
Tomorrow is our last last dual meet and Senior Night!! This season the league has put a cap on the number of heats we can have per event and the start time of the meet not before 6:45. So far this season, opposing teams have been kind enough to agree to extra heats beyond the league cap and start our meets earlier to allow ample time for the extra heats.
Unforturnately tomorrow nights team is very small and has not agreed to allow for additional heats or earlier start times. Kathryn is going to do her best to combine heats and maxamize lanes to keep the meet running quickly. We did however want you to know that the meet may go later then our last two home meets.
If you need to or would prefer to scratch your swimmer for tomorrow night we do understand. Please text me at 215-280-6265(Megan). We know its a late night for some of our little guys. Otherwise, bring games and snacks to keep the little occupied during the meet!!
AMERICAN RED CROSS UPDATE...
Tomorrow is filming day. Please have your kids wear an LMT swim cap to practice tomorrow as they will be taking some still photo's during morning practices. If you are not okay with your child in photo's while they swim please reach out to me and we will figure something out.
If you would like to be in the film and you have not received an email from me with a specific time for tomorrow then please stop by the ARC tent before or after practice and they will let you know a time your child can be in the film.
They do need some adults for some still photo's. Please stop by the tent tomorrow and volunteer if you are interested. I should have more specifics on time for this later today!!
