2025 represents the ELEVENTH season of the Richboro Aqua Pentathlon. We are again proud to be sanctioned by the LBSL. Times are eligible for LBSL records.

 We hope that all LBSL teams can send their best swimmers to compete in this classic invitational   event.

 As this event has been historically popular and we wish to accommodate as many qualified swimmers  as feasible, we will be utilizing touch pads and capture times using an Omega timing system. This will reduce the wait time at the end of the meet to compile and announce awards for the Top Swimmers in each age group.

The Aqua Pentathlon follows all rules and regulations of the LBSL. It is open to graduating high school seniors and younger swimmers who

This meet will follow LBSL and USA swimming rules that state NO Kinesiotaping or athletic taping of any kind for any reason during competition will be permitted and will be grounds for disqualification.

Also, LBSL and USA swimming prohibits tie back suits for competition.

We will be using flyover starts, and require each timer to come prepared with two (2) watches. Timing assignments will be made and posted online once all meet entries are received.

A scratch meeting will be held prior to the start of each session.

LATE ENTRIES: Registrations received after the deadline of July 6th at 11:59 PM are not guaranteed entry into the pentathlon.

Deck entries are welcome to be in a “wait” capacity if there are any last minute scratches the day of the meet. In the past, deck entries have been accomadated.  Accepted Deck Entries will be $50 for 5 events.

TIMES: All times should be verifiable through meet results and must be submitted in YARDS.

A confirmation email will be returned to each team who submits an entry with a list of entries received and an invoice.

Please place your team name and “AP entries” in the subject and include a pdf of the Team Manager Entry Report or word document of your entries along with a check covering registration fees and mail to

All entry fees must be received by Friday, July 11th unless other arrangements are made.

ENTRY FEES are non-refundable, for any reason, once the meet is seeded on July 9, 2025.

All ENTRY FILES MUST BE RECEIVED By Sunday July 6 th at 11:59 pm. 8 and under IM must have seed times.  Time trial times will be accepted.

ENTRY FEE: $40 per swimmer (for 5 events), payable to Richboro Swim Team.

TEAM MANAGER SOFTWARE: Teams are asked to submit entries for the 2025 Aqua Pentathlon using Hy-Tek Team Manager Software. Each team can access the file on our website [email protected]

TIMING: Participating teams will be asked to supply timers and watches in proportion to the number of swimmers eligible for the meet.

Any officials available to assist would be very appreciated. Please respond with any volunteer officials with your entry forms.

Team lane timer assignments and warm up times will be posted on the website richboroswimteam.com by Thursday July 9th 2025

SCORING: We are using the HY-TEK Meet Manager to score the meet. Places will be determined by the composite time of each swimmer. Swimmers must be legal in all four strokes and can complete the IM. A swimmer who is disqualified in a single event will become ineligible for overall age group awards. Swimmers that miss an event will also be eliminated from the overall age group scoring list.

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS: Ribbons will be given for 1st through 18th place for individual events.
