Coordinator Positions Still Open

We are still searching for a Timing (Colorado) Coordinator, Set Up & Tear Down Coordinator and Overlook Relays Coordinator. Each parent serving in a coordinator role will receive paid registration for one of their swimmers. If you are interested, please reach out to Matt Hutchison at [email protected]. 

Last Call - Overlook Relays Coordinator

This role must be filled by this Sunday, March 16th in order to host Overlook Relays in 2025. Without a dedicated person to lead this effort, the event will not occur. If you are interested, please email Matt Hutchison at [email protected].

Stroke and Turn Officials

Overlook needs more stroke and turn officials for the 2025 season! Our team is required to provide at least one for every dual meet. We currently have only 4 parents trained for this role. To become a stroke and turn official, you must attend a 1.5 hour training session that is available via Zoom. Additional training details will be shared in future newsletters. REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2025 season is almost open! Registration will open on March 25th and close May 16th. For details, please view the registration tab on the Overlook Swim Team website. No swimmer may swim in pre-season activities at MTHS (beginning May 19th) without completed registration, waivers and payment.

Recruitment is now underway for the 2025 Overlook Swim Team sponsors. If you have any potential sponsors in mind, please have them reach out to Manheim Township at [email protected].
