• Volunteers needed: 2nd half finish judge (1), 2nd half scoring table (1), 2nd half stroke & turn official (1), 2nd half timer (2)
• Swimmer arrival and warm up times will be sent out later, meet starts at 6:15pm

Woodridge v. Overlook (Home) - Thursday, June 19 - Sign up here or SE Motion app

• Home meet at Overlook Pool
• Registration and job sign up deadline Thursday, June 19
• Volunteers needed: awards leader (1), 1st half Colorado timing system (1), 2nd half Colorado timing system (2), 1st half finish judge (1), meet set up leader (1), meet teardown crew (4), meet teardown leader (1), 2nd half stroke & turn official (1), scoring table entire meet (2), 1st half timers (1)
• Overlook warm up 5:30-5:45pm, Woodridge warm up 5:45-6:00pm, meet starts at 6:15pm.

• Leola Community Pool, 23 E. Main St, Leola PA 17540
• Registration deadline has passed, job sign up deadline June 21
• Volunteers needed: timers (3)
• Lancaster YMCA requires all participants that swim in the Leola Community Pool to read and sign a waiver. A swimmer will not be able to participate unless this form is completed. Please access the form here and fill out for your swimmer(s) prior to the meet. 
• Gates open at 7:30am, warm ups begin at 8:00am (specific Overlook warm up times will be sent out later), meet starts at 9:00am. 
• Admission: $5 per adult (12+)

APPAREL

The t-shirt that each swimmer receives as part of registration as well as suits and caps ordered through the online store have arrived and can be picked up from Sara Maysilles during practice this week. All other apparel should be arriving in the next few days. 

Overlook car magnets ($5) and caps ($15) are available for purchase at the Overlook Pool front desk during open hours: Monday through Friday noon - 8:00pm and Saturday/Sunday 11:00am - 8:00pm. 

BIG BUDDY

Parents who signed up their swimmer(s) to be a Big Buddy should have received an email from Laura Beltle this week. If you did not receive it, please check your junk mail and/or email Laura Beltle at 717-572-6735. 

Little Buddies have no responsibilities as part of this program, but they are welcome to encourage their Big Buddies as well. If parents can help facilitate a meeting between Buddies, it would be greatly appreciated! If parents need help with Buddies this season, please do not hesitate to contact Laura.
