MEETS THIS WEEK

Overlook v. Landisville (Away) - Monday, July 7th - Sign up here or SportsEngine Motion app

• Landisville Pool, 50 Elmwood Avenue, Landisville PA 17538
• Arrive by 5:30pm, warm up 5:45-6:00pm, meet starts at 6:15pm
• Please note that if you registered your swimmer and/or signed up for a job on the original June 26 event date, you are signed up for same unless you go in and change it

Overlook v. Adamstown (Away) - Tuesday, July 8th - Sign up here or SportsEngine Motion app

• Adamstown Community Pool, 272 W Main St, Adamstown PA 19501
• Arrival/warm up time will be sent later, meet starts at 6:15pm
• Registration deadline July 5th, job sign up deadline July 8
• We still need a 1st half finish judge and 2nd half finish judge

Manheim Fast and Furious Invitational - Saturday, July 12th - Sign up here or SportsEngine Motion app

• Manheim Community Pool, 504 E Adele Ave, Manheim PA 17545
• Registration deadline has passed, job sign up deadline July 12th
• Meet packet found here
• Arrival/warm up time will be sent later, meet starts at 9:00am 
• Admission: $5/person (under 12 free)
• Concessions: burgers, hoagies, pizza, water, Gatorade, soda
• T shirts will be available for sale
• Parking: All coaches, swimmers and spectators should avoid parking in any posted NO PARKING areas. Cars will be ticketed/towed for violations
• All team tents should be pitched outside the pool fence behind the pool by the creek. No tents may be erected prior to 6:00pm on the Friday before the meet.

DIVISION I CHAMPIONSHIPS

• Divisionals t-shirts are now available for pre-order! Deadline is Tuesday, July 8th

  • Pre-order color options: blue and green
  • Pre-order price $22
  • Be sure to select 'pick up at pool' as your delivery option
  • Shirts will be ready for pick up on the day of the meet
  • Miss the pre-order? No worries! Shirts and other apparel in other colors will be available for purchase at the meet. 
• Candy Gram donations - We are selling candy grams at Divisionals this year and are in need of full-size, individually wrapped candy donations from you! We are accepting donations through July 14th at the Overlook front desk. If you donate items that can melt such as chocolate, please advise the front desk staff so that they can place it in a cool area. Thank you in advance for your support!
• Volunteers - We still have many open slots available. Please note there are no timing positions for Overlook parents at this event. If you have any questions about what a position entails, please email Julie Slabinski at [email protected]. 

PEP RALLY

Please join us on Monday, July 14th, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Overlook Pool for our annual pep rally! Please RSVP on the website and use the notes area when you register to let us know how many people are in your party (that way we know how much pizza to order). 

We will have games, a tie-dye station for swimmers to tie-dye the white team shirts they received with registration (please remember to bring your shirt if you would like to participate), and the annual coach lip sync battle. Pizza, drinks and dessert will be provided for all swimmers and family members. 

We will need volunteers to serve pizza and help tie-dye t-shirts. Please sign up here and thank you in advance for your support!

PICTURES

The Overlook 2025 team picture will be taken on Tuesday, July 15th at 5:15pm prior to warm ups at the home meet at Overlook Pool. Additionally, if you missed getting individual photos taken on June 27 and would like to take this opportunity, the photographer will be available from 4:15 to 5:15 pm for individual photos. 

Order forms will be available on July 15th during the scheduled photo time. 

SAVE A LIFE SWIM

Join us on Friday, July 18th from 9:00 to 11:30am for Overlook's annual Save a Life Swim! We'll be swimming our hearts out to raise money for the American Cancer Society - and, yes, there will be snacks and drinks. Be sure to check swimmer mailboxes and the bulletin board at the entrance of the pool for information. 

Swimmers: rally your friends and family to donate, drop some cash donations in your age group's bucket at practice, and get ready to rack up those laps. Awards await for most laps and most money raised - bragging rights included. Winners will be announced at the end-of-season banquet.
