Congratulations, Seniors!

THANK YOU FOR A GREAT SEASON

We sincerely thank Coach Cody, Coach Kiran, Coach Nina, Coach Brian M., Coach Brian N. and Coach Mike for lending their care and expertise to our swimmers this season. It is no small feat to not only manage such a large group of swimmers, but to also teach, inspire and move them forward and upward in a span of just eight weeks. Your expertise and passion are greatly appreciated! Thank you. 

Thank you to parent coordinators and parent volunteers for working so hard to make every meet, invitational and social event run smoothly. We absolutely could not do this without you. In addition, we want to sincerely thank everyone for their assistance in making Divisionals such a success this year! 

Thank you to Matt Hutchison, Chaley Bulla and Manheim Township Parks and Recreation for your hard work and help this season. Chaley, thank you for being such a steady presence at meets, designing our awesome Divisionals t-shirt and the million other things you did for the team this season!

And, last but not least, a huge thank you to our swimmers. This has been an outstanding season because of your hard work. We are so very proud of you!

OVERLOOK SWIM TEAM BANQUET TONIGHT

What a great season Overlook has had! We are all looking forward to celebrating at the end-of-the-year banquet tonight. Here are just a few things to note:

1. Payment: If you have not paid for the banquet, please do so today. Checks can be given to Erin Pyott at the banquet. Credit card payments can be made at the Overlook Pool office until 4:00 today.
2. Food: We will be serving pulled pork BBQ (not chicken per the Google form). For those who have indicated they have dietary restrictions, you will be served from the kiitchen window at the back of the church. Tables will be dismissed to a buffet. 
3. Seating: Seating will be tight! We have over 240 people attending. Swimmers over the age of 8 may sit at tables designated for their age groups. 8 and unders are asked to sit with their families. Please do your best to fill your tables so that late-comers can find seats together, if necessary.

Order of Events

PRACTICE THIS WEEK

Our practice schedule for this week will be the same each day Monday through Friday: 9 to 10:30 am for 11+ swimmers and 10:30 to 11:30 am for 10U swimmers (please note the change to our typical Friday schedule). All are invited to attend regardless of whether or not they participate in All League Championships. See you at practice!

ALL LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Relay Events - Friday, July 25th - Sign up here or SportsEngine Motion app

• Per Coach Cody: This is open to ALL swimmers regardless of times. I can take two relays per age group in both freestyle relay and medley relay. Even if you are not the best in your age group, you still could make the relay. Please RSVP if possible! 
• Registration deadline July 22nd, job sign up deadline July 25th
• Volunteer jobs needed: 1st half timer (1), 2nd half timer (1)
• New Holland Community Pool, 400 E Jackson St, New Holland Pa 17557
• Gates open 4:00 pm, arrive by 5:15 pm, Overlook warm ups 5:30-5:40 pm in lanes 1/2/3, timers meeting 6:00 pm, staging begins 6:10 pm, meet starts at 6:30 pm
• Admission: $5 (swimmers, volunteers and children under 5 free)
• Dolphin Dive Cafe as well as food trucks will be operating inside pool gates starting at 4:00 pm. They will take cash or Venmo ($1 service fee).
• T-shirts will be for sale at Northwest Design Inks tent behind the baby pool
• Parking info: see pages 13 and 14 on the meet packet

Individual Events - Saturday, July 26th - Sign up here or SportsEngine Motion app

• This meet is open to all swimmers who have qualified based on the times posted by LSSL
• Registration deadline July 23rd, job sign up deadline July 26th
• Volunteer jobs needed: 1st half timer (1)

• Gates open 7:00 am, arrive by 7:45 am, Overlook warm ups 8:00 - 8:15 am in lanes 1/2/3, timers meeting 8:30 am, staging begins 8:45 am, meet starts at 9:00 am
• Admission: $5 (swimmers, volunteers and children under 5 free)
• Breakfast and snacks will be available for purchase at our Dolphin Dive Cafe starting at 7:00 am. Lunch will be served starting at 10:30 am. They will take cash or Venmo ($1 service fee). 
• T-shirts will be for sale at Northwest Design Inks tent behind the baby pool
• Parking info: see pages 13 and 14 on the meet packet

FAMILY FOLDERS

Family folders will be available at the banquet tonight. Please check them to make sure you have picked up all of your items! After tonight, they will be available at the Overlook Pool office during open hours for the rest of the summer.
