Happy New Year, Overlook Swim Families!
We are excited to reach out to you with the first 2026 issue of Overlook Swim Team's News Splash. You will be hearing from us monthly in the pre-season (now through May). We will send them out weekly once things pick up in June and July to keep you up-to-date on all things Overlook.
Coaches and parent coordinators met this week to kick off the season. There are a lot of exciting events in the works for 2026 that we can't wait to share with you - stay tuned! Here are some updates in the meantime:
REGISTRATION
- Registration period is Tuesday, March 10 through Friday, May 15, 2026
- 2026 registration costs:
| 1 swimmer | $145 |
| 2 swimmers | $246.50 |
| 3 swimmers | $348 |
| 4 swimmers | $435 |
| 5 swimmers | $507.50 |
PRACTICE AND MEET DATES
- The Lancaster Summer Swim League has not yet posted an official calendar for the season. Once they have done so, we will finalize our practice calendar and share with you.
- Tentative meet dates can be found on our team schedule.
OPEN COORDINATOR POSITIONS
Please consider being a parent coordinator for the team. Below are current and upcoming openings:
- Skyline Cup Coordinator - This is a new role! This person will be in charge of the Skyline Cup raffle basket fundraising, basket assembly and delivery to Skyline on the day of the event. This is a fun role, and proceeds benefit local charities. If you are interested, please contact Julie Slabinski at [email protected].
- Newsletter/Website Coordinator - We are looking for someone to fill this position in 2027 and shadow/assist for a portion of this season. If you are interested, please contact Katie Maish at [email protected].
