Jess Neiger
Coach Jess is excited to return to East Cocalico this summer! Jess and her husband, Tim, have seven children, all of whom have swam for the Dolphins at one point or another. She previously served as secretary and vice president on the swim board and has grown to truly love the team. She is also an Assistant Coach for the Ephrata Tidal Waves winter swim team. Jess swam for many years growing up and swimming was always a highlight of the summer for her. She loves passing on a love for the sport, watching kids grow in their technique and strokes, and celebrating personal victories with each swimmer. East Cocalico is a family and she’s anticipating a wonderful summer season!

Jenny O'Neill
Coach Jenny is so excited to be back with ECST and Coach Jess this summer! My husband and I moved to Pennsylvania 11 years ago and we have 5 children. (You'll be able to spot them poolside!) Growing up in New England I had the privilege of competing at different levels and on town, club and school teams throughout 13 years of competition. The love of swimming and training spilled over into coaching! While our (race)times in the water are short, experiences and memories both in the pool and on the deck are what we take with us. Can't wait to share this summer and especially fun Fridays with you all! Go Dolphins!!!
Assistant Coach
Logan Sensenig
Coach Logan is excited to begin his coaching career at East Cocalico! Logan graduated from Cocalico High School in 2025 and swam all 4 years for the High School swim team. He also competed for the Adamstown Gators and Reading YMCA Swim Team. Logan will attended Mount Saint Mary’s University to swim and study sports management. His favorite things about swimming are spending time with teammates and the competition. He is excited to bring his experience and ideas to ECST!
