May 19–22: Dryland sessions (Gold group: 4:00–5:00 PM; Silver group: 5:00–5:45 PM; Bronze group: 5:45–6:15 PM).

May 27–30: In-water practice begins (Gold group: 4:00–5:00 PM; Silver group: 5:00–5:45 PM; Bronze group: 5:45–6:15 PM).

June 4–July 18: Regular in-water practices (Gold: 8:45–10:00 AM; Silver: 10:00–11:00 AM; Bronze: 11:00–11:45 AM).

📣 Communication Channels

Team Mailbox: Located on the picnic table under the pavilion throughout the season; swimmers' folders will contain meet ribbons and awards.

Band App: Used for notifications regarding weather cancellations and other emergencies. Instructions on how to join will be provided.

🤝 Volunteering
Running a swim meet requires significant parental involvement. At a minimum, one parent or family member is expected to volunteer for one half of each meet your swimmer attends. Volunteer job descriptions and sign-ups are available on the team's website: www.ecdolphins.com.
