There are NO ribbons for prelims

Division & All City Trophies and All City Medals are ordered in January – please email the ship to address for them to: [email protected] ASAP

Timing Systems for Northern, Southern and All City will be paid by league @$700/meet.

All City 

Live Streaming: is up to the host and should the host use live streaming the league will reimburse the host up to $800. 

Reimbursements:  The league will reimburse the host up to $10,000 for costs associated with running the meet (Bleachers, pota a potties etc), not to include hospitality costs..   Please submit receipts to the GSSSL treasurer via email to [email protected]  with receipts attached, no later than October 1st

Medals: The league will supply the medals.  Please get the leftovers from the previous all city host and give the count to the GSSSL treasurer so awards can be ordered by June 15th

All Reimbursement Requests MUST BE SUBMITTED via email, with receipts attached, no later than October 1^st of the year in which the expense occurred.
If there are left over AC medals please bring to fall meeting.
