It takes dozens of adults to run a swim meet and many volunteers on a daily basis to operate the team. Our family understands that we must participate as a voluteer, whether, for example, as a timer, runner, official, or through assisting with the Tiger Cafe. We will volunteer in some capacity at every meet in which our child(ren) swim. If we cannot fulfill a slot that we are signed up for, we understand that we cannot simply not show up. We will find a replacement or, at the very least, notify the Team Reps in advance.

Dive meets also require many volunteers to operate. In addition to judges, we'll need parents to take shifts doing the table work (tracking scores) and running the Tiger Cafe. If your child will be diving in a meet, please plan on helping in some way.
