Invitational DAY Important Info

Good morning!

I can't wait to see everyone's costumes and crazy socks at practice this morning. Come ready for fun!

For the Invitational

-Arrive 2:30

-Drop off swimmers and park at Masonic in 1st lot on right. No parking at pool!

If shelter is needed, please seek shelter in someone else’s car.

-Fruit & baked goods drop-off by 2:30

-Warm up at 2:40

-Scratches by 4:00

-Officials meeting 4:30

-Timers meeting 4:40

Please be on time (early) for your volunteer duties. Event 28 is the switch from first to second half (regardless of what times say in the job sign-up).

Weather:

NO MEET should take place when there is any visible or audible lightning or thunder, regardless of what the radar says. The meet must be halted immediately and must not continue until there has been no thunder or lightning for 30 minutes.

Should thunder be heard or lightning is detected everyone must report to their vehicles to seek shelter, as we do not have enough shelter on grounds for everyone.
