Hello, Bluefin Families…
I told you it was going to be a busy week, but we got through the busiest of it and are on the downhill. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, to all the families, swimmers, coaches, and even friends who lended a hand in some capacity for our 42nd Annual WWD Invitational which never actually happened. From what I understand, this is the first time in history that it had to be completely cancelled (ugh). It definitely takes a village and we have THE BEST. Saturday’s meet line up and details are included in this email so I didn’t have to send another one tomorrow.
IMPORTANT ITEMS NEEDING ACTION
Divisionals AND All-Stars/Mid Caps declarations! DUE TODAY! I sent reminders to families who did not declare or decline.
We need to fill jobs for Saturday, Divisionals & All-Stars.
Jobs needing filled for Saturday’s dual meet: 2 kiddie line up, 1 timer
Divisional & All Star Job Sign-ups Needed by Monday!
We are hosting divisionals and have 70 job slots to fill, so we need all families to take 1-2 jobs. We still have 31 unfilled slots. For All-Stars, we have to submit names to the league before we even know who has made it. So, if you have an idea that your swimmer will go to All-Stars, please sign up. We can always adjust later. We have 9 unfilled slots.

Arrive at 7:45 AM Warm ups: 8:00
Meet Start Time: 8:30 AM

Sunday, July 13: Team Movie Night- RSVP BY TOMORROW
What: Fun team building event for swimmers only- Finding Nemo will be shown
Where: Kapcsos House- 1080 Ridge Road, Elizabethtown
When: July 13 @ 6:30 pm (movie starts at 7:00)
What: Bring a blanket to sit on and a snack to share

End of Season Picnic- ACTION NEEDED by Tuesday!
Wednesday, July 23- End of Season WWD Picnic (in the evening at the pool)
Please join us for an end-of-season celebration on July 23 at 6:00 at WWD. There will be a presentation from the coaches, delicious dinner, and then a chance to swim (of course!).
We will provide fried chicken & ask you to bring something to share. Bring lawn chairs and sit "down below" on the basketball court. Bring your own water. Sign up by July 15 to attend and bring some food to share.
