Meet Information

Warm Up Times Greene Valley 5:00 - 5:30 PM
Visiting Team 5:30 - 6:00 PM
Meet Start 6:00 PM
Pool 25 meter, 6 lane
Lanes Visiting team will use lanes 2, 4, and 6
Relay Starts For all 100 meter relays, swimmers 2 and 4 must start in the water at the shallow end.
Exhibitions

We will allow for the following amount of exhibition heats. Please use lanes 2, 4 and 6 only unless otherwise advised.

  • All short freestyle and backstroke events--2 additional heats.
  • All long Freestyle, butterfly, and breastroke events--1 additional heat.
  • None for IM or relays.

Please provide a list of exhibition heats at least 1 hour prior to the start of the meet. If possible, we will attempt to combine heats.
Scoring Teams using Hy-tek, please provide your entries on disk prior to the start of your warm ups. Teams not using Hy-tek, please e-mail a complete copy of your roster to the team rep at least one day prior to the meet. If this is not possible, please provide it at least one hour prior to the start of the meet.

Bullpen The visitor's bullpen is located on the south side of the pool at the top of the hill along the fence line (to the right as you exit the hallways onto the pool deck).
Workers The visiting team shall provide the following:
  • 2 Stroke & Turn Judges
  • 3 Timers (please bring stop watches for your workers)
  • 1 Place Judge
Concession We have a grill open during the meet along with a bake sale.
Facilities The baby pool and diving well will be closed during the meet.
