Fireworks booth reminders

Good Morning Mavericks families!

Some reminders:

  • Fireworks scripts/vouchers deadline is on June 30th. 
  • For volunteers: only 18+ are allowed inside the booth, please do not bring your children and expect them to be inside the booth with you. We have had swimmers in the past, holding signs outside the booth, but again, they cannot be inside the booth at all. 
  • If you have not signed up for a volunteer spot or marked the buyout option, we will be charging the card on file the buyout of $100.
  • If you have not purchased scripts/vouchers, your card on file will be charged the amount you were supposed to purchase ($50 for 1 swimmer in the family or $75 for multiple swimmers in the family)

If you wrote a board member about wanting the buyout option and have not marked the buyout option on the volunteer page - please do so ASAP.
