The Rio Linda Elverta (RLE) AquaKnights Swim Team is a recreational swim team located in Rio Linda, CA and participates in the Valley Foothill Competitive Aquatics League. The swim team program is offered by the Rio Linda Elverta Recreation & Park District.

The 2024 swim season begins May 6th and runs through the end of July. Swim practices are held at the Rio Linda High School pool and are offered Monday through Thursday evenings. Swim Meets are held at Rio Linda High School pool and other pools around the Sacramento area and are on Saturdays in June and July. Our Black & Green Time Trial meet is Saturday, May 18th. Swimmers range in ages 5 - 18 and are grouped by specific age groups. Swimmers with or without swim team experience who can independently swim one length of a 25 yard pool are encouraged to join the AquaKnights Swim Team.

By joining the AquaKnights Swim Team, your child will gain life long swimming skills, learn sportsmanship in a supportive team environment, and have an opportunity to experience safe and fun challenges both in and out of the water. Parents and families are an essential and mandatory part of the swim team in assisting with swim meets and team events.
