For Returning Members, to register, please follow these steps:
- Go to: https://v2.poolmms.com/o/WSSC
- Click the green “Join Today!” button on the Woodstream Swim Club page.
- Click “Register Today!” under the applicable membership type.
- Log in using the email address and password associated with your PoolMMS account.
- Click “Continue”.
- Select the number of members you would like to register. Reminder: children under the age of 2 years before Memorial Day are free and should not be included in your registered members. Click “Continue”.
- Click the green arrow next to each “Available Member” to be registered. Click “Add New Member” if needed. Click “Continue”. A pop-up will surface confirming the total number of members to be registered. Review the message and click “Continue” again if you are ready to proceed.
- To finalize your registration, review the information for each member and update as needed. Please check the birthdates on each of your members, and change them if they’re incorrect. When all information is correct, click “Continue”.
- Review the waiver information, and click “Continue” to agree to the disclaimers provided.
- When you reach the payment step, you can choose the “pay by check” option or the “check out” (online payment) option.
- The “Pay By Check” option removes the digital convenience fee. Please mail a check to the address provided with a copy of your order/invoice.
- The “Check Out” option allows for payment via credit card or ACH direct debit. The digital convenience fee will be applied as displayed in the total registration amount. You will be redirected to the Stripe website to complete your payment. This fee helps offset additional charges the club incurs for offering online payment.
- Your membership will not be activated until payment is received in full. Your membership confirmation email will arrive after payment is completed and after your membership has been verified and activated by the membership committee.
For New Members, to register, please follow these steps:
- Go to: https://v2.poolmms.com/o/WSSC
- Click the green “Join Today!” button on the Woodstream Swim Club page.
- Click “Register Today!” under the applicable membership type.
- Before completing your registration, you will need to create a PoolMMS account. Click “Sign up” (below the blue Log In button) to create an account.
- You will receive an email from PoolMMS to confirm your account. Please check your junk mail if you do not see a confirmation email. Click the “Confirm my account” link in the email from PoolMMS.
- After confirming your account, enter your email and password on the PoolMMS login page, and click the blue “Log in” button.
- Click “Join Today!”
- You will need to affiliate your PoolMMS account with Woodstream Swim Club. Click the green “Affiliate with Woodstream Swim Club” button. To proceed, click the blue “Yes, affiliate with Woodstream Swim Club!” button.
- Click “Join Today!”
- Click “Register Today!” under the applicable membership type.
- Click “Continue” to proceed with membership registration.
- Select the number of members you would like to register. Reminder: children under the age of 2 years before Memorial Day are free and should not be included in your registered members. Click “Continue”.
- Click “Add New Member” for the number of members you will be registering. Click “Continue”. A pop-up will surface confirming the total number of members to be registered. Review the message and click “Continue” again if you are ready to proceed.
