Meet Coach
Joe!
Hello
everyone, my name is Joe Whitford and I am the head coach for the
OSC Piranhas. This will be my second year on the coaching staff and
I am very excited for this upcoming season! I also help coach the
Boone County Rebels swim team as well as work for the United States
Postal Service. I enjoy horse racing, the Grateful Dead, spending
time with my family, and being involved in the swimming world. I am
hoping to see a lot of returning faces this summer as well as new
ones! As Dory would say, “Just keep
swimming!”
Meet Coach Sydney!
Hi everyone! My name is Sydney Whitford and
I am the assistant swim coach for the OSC Piranhas. This will be my
second year at OSC and I cannot wait to see everyone this summer! I
have been apart of the NKSL for 8 years and I cannot wait to
conclude my last NKSL season as a Piranha! I have been swimming
competitively for about 11 years now and I have swam for the R.C.
Durr Barracudas, the Cincinnati Marlins, the Newport Penguins,
Boone County High School, and the Oakbrook Piranhas. I am
graduating this May from BCHS and I plan to attend Transylvania
University in the fall! I also plan on swimming for the Pioneers
and I could not be more excited!
