Practices -
Practice starts on tuesday 5/28 for swim team age groups (not pee wees) and dive team. Practice times are listed on the team site and the sign-up genius for afternoon practices are here .
Week 1 SWIM PRACTICE - please sign up for TWO practice days for the first week. The sign-up will close daily at 2pm in order to pull the roster for the coaches .
Dive practices - there is not sign-up for dive practices. The afternoon schedule is as follows-
11 & over - 4 - 4:45 pm
9 year-olds - 4:45 - 5:30 pm
8 & unders - 5:30 - 6:15 pm
10 year-olds - 6:15 - 7 pm
Participation Waiver -
Every swimmer must come to their first practice with a signed waiver in hand or they can not practice. The waiver is available to print on the team site and attached to this email. We will have a few copies on hand at practices.
Parent Handbook -
The parent handbook is a work in progress; however, it is almost ready to go and available on the team site under the “Information” tab. Here is the link : parent-guide
Team Suits -
The team suit store is linked on the team site as well. These suits are custom made and can take 3 weeks to ship. Passcode is gopiranhas

Team Store -
The team store link is on the site as well, this is where you can get team apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, pj pants) hats, mesh bags, etc. It does take around 3 weeks for the personalization of items so order soon to have your gear for the season!
Swim and Dive events/meets -
All events are loaded in Go Motion/Team Unify site. Please declare your swimmers availability for the NVSL meets as soon as possible. Job signups will open soon for each team event - please try to sign up for 3 meet positions per swimmer (e.g. if you have 2 swimmers = 6 volunteer slots).
Volunteers-
HELP!! We are still looking for several volunteers to help us this season. Please consider volunteering to help with Concessions Coordinating, End of Season Awards/Banquet coordinator, Senior Recognition Coordinator.
Time Trials - time trials is June 8th. Please indicate your child’s availability for this event.
**Payment - if you elected to pay by check, please bring your check to the first practice for your swimmer/diver. Checks made payable to Pinecrest Swim & Tennis Club.
