About Us
The O'Fallon Breakers have been a summer tradition in O'Fallon, Illinois for over 35 years, cultivating a passion for swimming, strengthening community bonds, and creating lasting memories.
Our season runs from May to July, culminating in the end of season conference meet held at the McKendree Metro RecPlex. The Breakers proudly compete in the 8-team Midwest Swim Conference. We have a long-standing partnership with the City of O'Fallon, allowing us to utilize the facilities of the O'Fallon Aquatic Center for our practices and home meets.
While our swimmers dedicate themselves to training and preparing for meets throughout the summer, the Breakers' experience is about more than just swimming. We foster a fun and supportive team environment through annual events and Breaker traditions, including:
- Pancake Breakfast
- Summer birthday celebrations
- Team Olympics
- End-of-season banquet
Beyond the pool, the O'Fallon Breakers are committed to giving back to our community. Each summer, our swimmers and their families actively participate in various service projects, such as:
- Canned good collection for the O'Fallon Food Pantry
- Raising funds for Swim Across America
- Spare change for Cystic Fibrosis Research
