Welcome to Whitehall Pool and Tennis Club! We are excited to host All-Stars 2025!

    General Information

    • Our pool is 6 lanes, 25 meters. Diving is allowed at both ends of the pool and as a result 50m events will start on the same time as the timers and 25m will start at the opposite end. Our swimmer rotate, not our timers.
    • Swimmers must remain in their team area except for restroom breaks and trips to concessions. Swimmers are not allowed on the basketball court, tennis courts, playground, kiddie pool, etc. during the swim meet. We ask that meet marshalls enforce this rule.
    • Spectators are not allowed on the deck during the meet. Please make this clear to your team before you arrive. No Exceptions.
    • It is recommended that you bring chairs. Whitehall offers a lot of natural shade, but tents are permitted. For All-Stars, ALL tents must be placed against the faceline to reduce obstruction of visibility. Tents will not be permitted in other locations.
    • Out of respect for all swimmers and spectators, we do not allow drums or other noisemakers during the meet.
    • Please encourage your team to bring reusable water bottles. We have a bottle filler near the restrooms.
    • Please make sure trash and recycling are put in the proper receptacles and that your team area is clean before your team leaves at the end of the meet.

     

    Concessions

    • Concessions, including coffee, water, Gatorade, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, donuts, and lunch items including bourbon chicken (a fan favorite!), cheesesteaks, hot dogs, as well as other assorted hot and cold items.
    • Cash and credit cards are accepted for concessions.



     

    Parking

         The parking lot will open at 6:30am and will have volunteer staff directing traffic. There is no parking along the curb by the buidling.

    Overflow parking is available at Whitehall Elementary, a short walk from the pool. There is sidewalk available the entire way. You can also park on the neighgborhood streets, but be mindful of driveways, fire hydrants, etc.

    • 6:30am - Parking lot opens
    • 7:00am - Gates open
    • 7:15-7:30am - Open warm-ups
    • 7:30-7:50am - 15-18 warm-ups
    • 7:50-8:05am - 11/12 and 13/14 warm-ups
    • 8:05-8:20am - 8U and 9/10 warm-ups
    • 7:45am - Coaches Meeting/Scratches
    • 8:00am - Officials' Meeting/Timers Meeting
    • 8:30am - National Anthem/Meet Beings

    Whitehall Gives Back Summer Series
