Hello everyone, I am Coach Ashley and I have been apart of the Ben Lomond Flying Ducks since 1986.  I was a swimmer for the team until 1998 and coached for the team for a couple of years.  I was away from the team for a about 9 years and then our family joined the team.  I have two daughters and one son that are on the team and have been for the last 8 years.  I love swimming and coaching and I am excited to get the kids back into the water and competting again.
