Tim graduated from Grand Valley State University and studied Sports Management and Hospitality.  He has his Masters in Elementary Education and is currently teaching.  He began swimming before he could walk and swam for 14 years for the Roselle Racers and Lake Park Swim Team, attended numerous summer swim camps, swim clubs, and Tim even started a swim and dive club at Grand Valley.  He is a swim coach at Lake Park High School and is ready for his 10th season of coaching for Roselle this summer.  He loves to motivate his swimmers to swim fast, improve their strokes, stay motivated, stay focused, and drop times.  He is excited to continue to work with the Roselle Racers and Roselle Racer families for another successful summer!

Coach Sarah Montogmery is a longtime Roselle Racers and sawm on the team for over 10 years.  Sarah was on the Lake Park High School swim team and has been a swim instructor at Kemmerling Pool in the past.  Sarah is studying elementary education at Bradley University and is a student teacher and counselor at Spring Hills. 

Coach Abby Piper swam as a Roselle Racers for over ten years through her senior year of high school.  Abby was a varsity swimmer at Lake Park High School and was a swim instructure at Pro Swim Academy for multiple years.  She's currently studying in a PharmD program at Duquesne Univerity. 

Coach Izzy is graduating from high school next year and plans to go into dental hygeniene school. She has been on the racers since she was a Jr. Racer! Coach Izzy swam for Lake Park High School, is currently CPR certified and is lifeguarding at Kemmerling as well. She is an older sister to 2 younger brothers who she's taken care of ever since she was allowed to. Coach Izzy loves kids and is excited to work with them in a sport she has loved since she was their age.
