Undertows (Beginners)

This group is for kids new to competitive swimming.  Coaches will be teaching the kids the fundamentals of the four competitive strokes, turns and starts. Swimmers in this group will be at practice for 90 minutes with light stretching prior to water time.

 

Rapids (Intermediate)

This group is for kids who are familiar to competitive swimming and want to improve stroke technique. Coaches will be working with the kids to help them improve their technique while teaching them to set goals for competition. Swimmers in this group will practice for 2 hours.

 

Tsunamis (Advanced)

This group is for the kids with higher level competitive swimming experience who are currently involved with competitive swimming throughout the school year. Coaches will be working with them on more challenging workouts with the goal to improve their overall mental and physical strength in the sport of competitive swimming. Swimmers in this group will be in the water for 2-2.5 hours.
