POOL PARTY RULES & REGULATIONS
- Party attendance is limited to no more than 30 people total. This includes swimmers and non-swimmers.
- FEE STRUCTURE FOR POOL PARTIES
- 1 TO 10 ATTENDEES $50
- 11 TO 20 ATTENDEES $100
- 21 TO 30 ATTENDEES $150
- The member who reserved the party MUST be in attendance the entire time.
- Before the start of the party, the member must provide a list of guests expected to attend.
- Reservations must be made in person at the Concession Stand. Pool Party reservations must be made at least one week in advance. Payment is due in full at the time of the reservation.
- Parties that must be cancelled due to weather will receive a full refund of the reservation cost.
- No refund will be given for parties whose attendees fall short of the reserved number. For example, if a party for 11 individuals was booked and only 10 shows up, there will NOT be a refund of $50.
- If more than the reserved number of attendees show up, an additional fee ($10 per swimmer) will be collected before the end of the party. If more than 30 individuals show up, the extra individuals will be allowed in only at the discretion of the Manager on Duty/Head Guard and will be charged $10 per swimmer.
- All party members must follow the guidelines for appropriate behavior as outlined in the Pool Rules. Any guest or member who does not follow these guidelines will be reprimanded accordingly
- Cleaning supplies will be provided to wipe down tables and all trash needs to be put in trash cans or bags.
