POOL LIFEGUARDS POSITIONS

Haddontowne Swim Club is seeking multiple Lifeguard positions for the 2025 season. The Lifeguard position is an hourly rate position based on age and experience. Hours are flexible and can accommodate other summer commitments and vacations.

QUALIFICATIONS TO INCLUDE:

1. Must be 15 years old prior to May 24^th, 2025.
2. Must have Lifeguard and CPR Certification prior to pool opening on May 24^th, 2025
3. Confidence with enforcing pool rules to adults and young swimmers.
4. Excellent communication skills and comfortable communicating with adult and children club members.
5. Must adhere to assigned work schedules you selected.
6. Enthusiastic and positive attitude when interacting with swim club members.
7. Excellent customer service skills.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Welcoming swim club members when they enter the club.
2. Checking in members and verifying their membership status.
3. When on deck, safety is the primary concern.
4. Maintain a safe and clean facility for members.
5. Communicate regularly with the Pool Manager regarding any unsafe facility conditions or member concerns.
6. Document all safety incidents that may occur at the pool.
7. Participate in all safety and employee trainings.
8. Ensure all party rental areas are ready for guests to attend.
9. Help with tasks associated with daily opening and closing of the swim club.
