Update as of 3/13/19:  The Bylaws were updated to specifically address issues with teams trying to add swimmers to Championship meets.  

Update as of 3/14/16:  The Bylaws were updated to add in information about concussion protocol, to change the yearly dues paid per member and to fix entries regarding relay limits.

Update as of 3/16/15:  The Bylaws are finished and have been approved by the STSL Board.  Thanks to everyone who participated to make this happen!

Update as of 2/15/15:  The Bylaws have been re-written and are going through a final scrub before being released. They should be here, on the website, by the beginning of March.

Update as of 8/4/2014:  With the conclusion of the season, the administrative board will be meeting soon in order to work on the bylaws of the league.  There have been several significant changes to the bylaws since they were last updated and a lot of those meeting minutes are not available.  Work will begin soon on writing new bylaws for the league.
