Oakhurst Orcas Swim Team is a summer recreational swim team started in 1992 (pool opened August 1990) that competes in the Trident Conference in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Athletes must be active members of the Oaks Recreation Club in Aurora, IL.

For more than 25 years the Orcas have been competing against other local clubs such as Oakhurst North, Stonebridge, Meadows, Hinsdale, and Orchard Brook, and the club has grown to include more than 100 swimmers from 5 to 18 years old. The goal of our coaching staff is to provide every swimmer with an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability.

The Oakhurst Orcas Swim Team is a great opportunity to get involved with other neighborhood families, make new friends and be part of the summer fun.  We have a very supportive environment where kids get the opportunity to be part of our swim family and develop their love for the sport of swim.  Swimmers of all levels and abilities are welcome.
