Tentative Practice Schedule 2026

Beginning of Season (June 1th - Jun 5th)

  • A group (beginner swimmers) with Jr. Coaches: 5:00 - 6:00 PM
  • B group (intermediate swimmers): 6:00 - 7:00 PM
  • C group (advance swimmers): 6:00 - 7:30 PM  

Morning Practice: (Dive Pool) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (June 8th - July 24th)

  • C group (advance swimmers):  8:00 - 9:30 AM​

Evening Practice: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (June 8th - July 24th)

  • A group (beginner swimmers) with Jr. Coaches: 6:00 - 7:00 PM (south end of Olympic Pool)
  • B group (intermediate swimmers): 7:00 - 8:00 PM
  • c group (advance swimmers): 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Meets (Tuesday Evenings):

All Meets will be held in-person on Tuesday Evenings and begin at 6:00 PM. Swimmers are expected to arrive at 5:00 PM. Look at the Meets Tab for more information.

Practice Weather Policy 

  • In the Shenandoah Valley, afternoon summer storms are frequent & often pass quickly.
  • We delay any announcement of postponement, or cancellation until the scheduled starting time. (We will use common sense if the storm is obviously big.)
  • We will alert you ASAP via Team Unify texts and/or e-mails, so please make sure you set up your account on our website to receive text alerts.
  • When lifeguards hear thunder, or see lightning, the pool deck must be cleared for at least 30 minutes from the most recent weather event. You child may wait out a weather delay in the Rec Center, but dry clothes are required. 
  • If a weather delay is called, and less that 30 minutes of practice remains, practice will end at the start of the delay.
  • If you drop your child off for practice, please keep an eye on the weather. Please consider sticking around the pool in case practice is canceled.

  2. select "My Account" from the drop-down list under your name in the top right corner
  3. check the sms number under "Account Infomation"
  4. Click the yellow "Unverify" button above the sms number box
  5. wait for the verification code to come on your mobile phone, then input that code in the pop up window and click "verify"
