Here is some useful information about Swim Meets:

Meet entry process

You can sign your swimmers up for all meets now. IT IS IMPORTANT to sign up AT LEAST 48 hours prior to the meet so coaches can do the line ups before the deadline (noon on the day of the meet).

Here is a doc that shows how to sign up:  Swim Team 101: How to Sign up for Meets.

Parents/swimmers do not select events, but there is a comment section where a request can be made. It is also important to note if a swimmer needs to leave early or will arrive late that day.

A few other important details:
---Speedy sixers GENERALLY only swim at home meets and Speedy sixers champs, if happening.  If your Sixer is interested in swimming at Away Meets, sign them up and the Coaches will communicate with you about whether they will swim at the meet.
---ALL last minute changes need to be e-mailed to [email protected]
---If you fail to commit to any meets, it will be assumed that you are not swimming and your swimmer will not be assigned to any events.
---Swimmers can swim in up to 4 events per meet (including post season), and no more than 3 individual events

Lastly, always double check events, including heat and lane, when you get to the pool. There are often last minute changes so any line ups sent out earlier via e-mail may have changed.
