- All City: This is our biggest fundraiser. Please sign up for your required jobs before June 21. Shout-outs for the meet program are $25. Team-only parking passes go on sale June 19 at 9:00 AM.

Coaches’ Update:
Emily is taking a week of vacation and in her place we have Abby Sanchez! Abby is a beloved WCSC Coach and is amazing at coaching all levels. We are extremely lucky to have her as our guest coach. Please give her a warm welcome!
While Emily is out, if you need to late sign-out of the Away PHD or Home Larkey Meets email Coach Tyler at [email protected] and Erica Gilmore & Brian Wrightson at [email protected] – let’s let Emily enjoy some time away!

Thank you for signing out of meets by the deadline and communicating any changes early! Be sure to sign in to your jobs so you get credit for those hours!
Woodlands Invitational:
We will be contacting the swimmers invited to the Woodlands Invitational (7/12 & 7/13) next week, after we have the results from both Wednesday’s and Saturday’s meets.
Once selections are made, we will need to know your swimmer’s availability for this meet as soon as possible. Relay teams will be entered only if we have enough committed swimmers to fill those events.
Please note: Due to the entry deadline, All City best times will not be considered for Woodlands Invitational selections. Only a limited number of swimmers can be entered.
Families of swimmers who attend may be required to sign-up for jobs.
All City:
Please take time to read the All City emails carefully. They contain a lot of important information you need to know about this event.
This is our biggest fundraiser of the season, and its success depends on all of us pitching in. Many families are generously volunteering far beyond the required hours, so we kindly ask that everyone does their part to help make this event a great one.
Please make sure you have signed up for your required jobs. If you need a sub and haven’t found one yet, let us know so we can help connect you with additional resources. We can see who has and has not signed up, so if you haven’t yet, please do so now. This includes a set-up or take-down shift.
Job sign-ups will close on Friday, June 21. After that date, we will begin contacting families who have not yet signed up. Why not just go ahead and sign-up for your jobs now? Every family (even 15/18) is required to fulfill the job requirement unless you have a season buyout.
We do want to make sure you don’t miss the chance to get your Shout-Out into the Meet Program! It's only $25! [Web Link]
Parking passes for our team only will go on sale Thursday, June 19, at 9:00 AM. Other teams will be able to purchase passes starting Friday, June 20, at 9:00 AM.
The purchase link will be emailed prior to that time. Please do not forward it to families on other teams.
There is plenty of general parking around Heather Farm. Most of our families arrive early and stay the whole day, especially since we are running the meet—so you are not obligated to buy a parking pass. However, a pass may be helpful if you plan to come and go throughout the day

Nightrider Updates:
Huge thank you to the Nightriders for organizing the Buddy Picnic!! Please give special thanks to Elyse Budke for leading that event. Our 15/18s coordinated everything for that event and it sounded like it was a success. Thank you to Mariana Alvaro for hosting a great parents get together during the picnic. It’s truly special when we get to socialize without swimmers running around, whistles and cheering in the background!

Camping Updates:
Camping information will be sent out directly to the families that are camping and have provided their information via the google form.
New Families:
There is a lot happening in the next couple of weeks. Please do not hesitate to find me Wednesday night or Saturday at the meet if you have any questions!
All City is approaching quickly. This is a fun All Hands On Deck event and helps us keep our fees low. Please let me know or speak with your buddy family, if you have questions about volunteer hours at All City. Here to help any way I can.
