PRACTICE INFO 2025:

Practice officially in full swing Monday, June 23th - AM and PM

Please bring your swimmer to only ONE practice a day. There is no evening practice on Meet Days and Fridays. 

SIX and unders practice in AM session only (9:00). 

AM Sessions (Monday-Friday)

7:45-9:00 am - 11 and Up

9:00-9:45 am - 10 and Under

PM Sessions (Monday-Thursday)

7:00-8:00 pm - 9 and up only - see above

 

MEET INFO 2025:

ALL Home Meets: Check in with coaches at 5:30pm.  Warm ups begin soon after. Meets starts at 6:00pm.  
**Notify coaches 48 hours in advance if you will miss a meet.

**If you will be late to meet, please notify coaches to prevent being scratched from the meet.
