New Refund Policy

Effective 2024:

In order to receive a 100% refund, you must withdraw your swimmer before May 10, 2024.

If you decide to withdraw your swimmer between May 10 and the first two weeks of practice (June 7, 2024), you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.

If your child is not able to swim across the pool without assistance within the first two weeks of practice, you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee. This decision must be made by the coach and you will be notified. If you decide to withdraw your child before the two weeks because you don't think he or she will be able to swim across the pool, you will be refunded 50%.

There are many costs associated with your swimmer starting the season. We purchase shirts, swim caps and bags for each swimmer, as well as AAU insurance. We budget for a full roster of swimmers and giving refunds obviously takes away from money we have budgeted towards our many expenses.
