Junior Swim Coach: This position offers you the chance to become a role model to younger swimmers while also gaining valuable coaching experience. 

A Junior Swim Coach is a current Castlewood Dragons swim team member who works with the Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and other Coaches to provide stroke instruction and motivation to younger swimmers. Junior Coaches will work with either the 5-6’s, 7-8’s or both age groups. In effort to make our program function as the great leadership development tool that it can be, we are introducing a new application process to become a Junior Coach .Junior coaches must be 14 years or older at the time of application.
