The ISB Dragons Swimming Academy is a hybrid swim program, fulfilling the needs of both school and club swimming.

Our Program

The structure of the ISB Dragons Swimming Academy follows a squad based system with an age appropriate guiding measure to allow for ability and age based programming.

Our squads have been designed around the Long Term Athletic Development pathway (LTAD). This pathway allows swimmers to develop at the required pace, not only in terms of delicately balancing a progressive overload model, but also building on skills and conditioning with a long term focus in mind.
