Beginner (Level 1)
“Introduction to Water Skills”
Focus on basic skills such as floating, kicking, and breathing techniques.
Introduction to water safety and comfort in the water. Swimmers should be able to float
on their front and back and put their head underwater. Swimmer should be able to pick
something up off the bottom in the shallows.
Intermediate (Level 2)
“Development of stroke techniques ”
Swimmers should be comfortable swimming on their front and back. Beginning to work
on arm and leg development of all 4 strokes. Improvements in endurance and
swimming distances.
Swimmers should be able to swim 25 yards of front and back crawl.
Introduction to diving and flip turns
Advanced (Level 3)
“Pre Team/ Fitness”
Swimmers should be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle, breaststroke, and
backstroke. They also learn to tread water, dive, and perform scissors and whip kicks.
8 WEEK Sessions
