AUTUMNWOOD TEAM UNIFY INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
Autumnwood is excited to implement Team Unify for communications, job signups, meet entries, results and more this season. RSTA has committed to using this platform and you will find just about everything you need to know on our Team Unify website. All communications will be generated through our Team Unify mailing list, including email and text messaging. This information will include team news, calendar events, meet sheets, meet results, weather cancellations, photos, etc.
Here are a few things to do with Autumnwood’s Team Unify:
Step 1: Create an Account
New Swimmers: You should recieve an email from RSTA with Team Unify with logon credentials. Click on the link at the bottom of the email to set account. Please note your Autumnwood Team Unify account is different than your RSTA account. If you already have a Team Unify account with another team (club or RSTA) you will still need to create a Team Unify account for Autumnwood using the unique link you received.
Returning Swimmers: Login with previous years information, you may need to reset your password.
Each family only has one login account.
Step 2: Update Your Personal and Swimmers Information
Click on the Account tab and check your profile and contact information for accuracy. If you would like, you can add a secondary email. Make sure you have entered mobile numbers in the SMS fields (two numbers can be added for each account) to receive text updates. This is helpful for last minute changes. You will receive a text from “[email protected]” to verify your cell number. Follow the instructions in that text to set up your messaging account.
Click on the Members Tab to add SMS numbers and emails for individual swimmers so they can receive notifications.
Note: The Accounts tab refers to the family account and generally includes the parents’ contact information, but the Members tab refers to the specific swimmers, i.e., team members.
3. Volunteer Sign Up
Each family is required to earn four hours of volunteer credits. Information coming soon about sign up! Please see the Volunteer Tab for more information about jobs.
4. Indicate Your Swimmer’s Availability for Each Saturday Meet
Information is coming soon about meet declaration. We ask that you sign your swimmer up ASAP, but no later than 12:00 pm on the Tuesday before each meet.
