ARM MARKING
You must mark your swimmer to reflect which event, heat and lane they are racing. This is used to help remind the swimmer of their events. Use the Heat Sheet to find and highlight your child's events. Mark the arm as illustrated below in the picture in the order of Event/Heat/Lane.
Write on clean dry skin with no sunscreen. It is best to do this before heading to the meet.
Heat Sheets will be emailed out by Coach Emi and posted to the website no later than Friday afternoon/evening.

Number at end of relay tells when/what stroke they will swim in relay

This person will be the second swimmer in the medley relay and swim Breast stroke.
For freestyle relay, the number indicates when they will swim (first, second, third, fourth)
For medley relay, the number indicates order AND stroke (1=Back,2=Breast,3=Fly,4=Free)
