Dryland and pool time are coordinated to avoid coaching conflicts and ensure maximum effectiveness for each group.
Training Schedule Breakdown
4:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Senior Group
- Swim Only: Full 2-hour session in the water.
4:30 PM – 5:45 PM: Age Group 1
- Dryland: 4:30 PM – 4:45 PM (mobility, activation, coordination drills)
- Swim: 4:45 PM – 5:45 PM
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Advanced Age Group
- Dryland: 5:30 PM – 5:45 PM (mobility, activation, coordination drills)
- Swim: 5:45 PM – 7:30 PM
6:15 PM – 7:45 PM: Age Group 2
- Dryland: 6:15 PM – 6:30 PM (mobility, activation, coordination drills)
- Swim: 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM
