Below is a brief recap from our on-deck coaches meeting:
- Unanimous vote to add a D Final
- D Final will be protected 18&U
- Flyover starts will be used for D, C, and B Finals; the pool will be cleared for A Finals
- 500 Freestyle / 400 IM will run fastest to slowest
- Finals start times adjusted earlier:
- Saturday: 4:30 PM
- Sunday: 4:30 PM
- Monday: 4:00 PM (no change)
- As a reminder, men’s heats may be swum in the women’s pool so that both pools finish closer together.

With this change, it is essential that all athletes who will not be available for finals are scratched. Please ensure scratches are entered promptly so we can maintain accurate timelines and a smooth finals session for everyone.
