The JCC Waves Swim Team meets daily Monday-Friday and Sundays (for certain groups). The team is designed to bring swimmers

up to a competitive level, whether it is for age group swimming or high school swimming.

Currently, the Waves have over 40 Invite level (AA) swimmers, 40 Junior Olympic swimmers, 8 sectional swimmers, and 1 Olympic Trial swimmer.

Based on ability levels, swimmers will practice in groups ranging from 45 min to 3 hours.

All groups are instructed in stroke technique and stamina building in a positive atmosphere in which they can grow and improve.
