At the Kennedy Club Fitness (KCF) San Luis Obispo site practices are offered 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with the option of Saturday morning practice for swimmers in the Gold Group and above.  See below for more details.

Please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to the "in the water" start times listed below, for stretching and announcements.

2025 Practice Times:

  • PUMA Cubs (2 days a week only):  $80/month* **
    • M/W - 4:15pm to 4:45pm
  • Bronze Group:   $110/month* **
    • M-F - 3:30pm to 4:15pm
  • Silver Group:   $120/month* **
    • M-F - 3:30pm to 4:30pm
  • Gold Group:   $140/month* **
    • M-F - 4:30pm to 5:45pm
    • Saturday Practice:  9:00am to 10:30am
  • Platinum Group:   $150/month* **
    • M-F - 4:30pm to 6:00pm
    • Saturday Practice:  9:00am to 10:30am
  • Junior Group:   $170/month* **
    • M-Th - 5:30pm to 7:15pm
      • stretching/activation/dryland at 5:15pm
    • F - 4:30pm to 6:15pm (note the earlier time)
      • stretching/activation/dryland at 4:15pm
    • Morning Practice:  Tu/Th - 6:00am to 7:15am (confirm participation with a coach via the Jr/Sr Group Chat)
    • Saturday Practice:  9:00am to 10:30am
  • Senior Group:   $170/month* **
    • M-Th - 5:30pm to 7:15pm
      • stretching/activation/dryland at 5:15pm
    • F - 4:30pm to 6:15pm (note the earlier time)
      • stretching/activation/dryland at 4:15pm
    • Morning Practice:  Tu/Th - 6:00am to 7:15am (confirm participation with a coach via the Jr/Sr Group Chat)
    • Saturday Practice:  9:00am to 10:30am

*indicates Autopay pricing.  Payment via check and cash will incur an additional $5 Service Fee, per month

**A multi-child discunt of $10 is applied for a 2nd, 3rd, ...child/children, so long as they are a full-time participant

The option for a 10-Swim Punch Pass ($150) is available at the KCF SLO PUMA Programming site, but all "swims" must be done at the KCF SLO programming location, for tracking purposes.
