Cancellation Policies

• No refunds offered for the following reasons:
  • ​Incomplete classroom work at start of class
  • Failure to attend - includes failure to show up on time to class
  • Failure to pass pre-course swim requirements
  • Participant withdrawal from course
• Partial refunds or free transfer offered for the following reasons:
  • ​Medical waiver - Note from an MD stating you cannot participate in the class for medical reason
