    2025--2026 Fees

    All fees are billed to your account.  Members are required to keep an active credit card on file for billing.  

    There are three types of fees:

    1- Registration Fee 
    Registration Fee is billed in August, upon registering for the team.  Registration Fee is per swimmer, not per family.

    HOOS 1, HOOS 2, HOOS 3, HOOS 4: $425 (includes 3 team shirts, 2 team caps and annual facility fee of $350)

    Mini-HOOS: $300 (includes 3 team shirts, 2 team caps and annual facility fee of $225)
     

    *In additon, USA Swimming Membership is required for ALL groups: $96  (subject to change slightly) - paid separately by each family.
    USA Swimming registration opens September 1.

    2- Monthly Fees: 
        Billed the 1st of the month, September through July.

    Mini- 'HOOS: $125 (billed September through March)

    'HOOS I:  $160

    'HOOS II:  $215

    'HOOS III:  $250

    'HOOS IV: $295

    3- Meet Fees
    For each meet, there will be a fee from the meet host, ranging in $35-$75, sometimes higher for state, regional and national-level meets. 

    In addition, swimmers that sign up for a meet are charged a fee per meet from the Wahoo Aquatic Club that supports our coaches' travel and expenses for competitions. 

    Wahoo Coach Travel Fund Fee:
    10/under swimmers: $50/swimmer
    11-18 aged swimmers: $50/swimmer for timed finals meets; $70/swimmer for prelim-final format meets. 

    For high-level qualifier meets (Senior Sectionals, Futures, Jr Nationals, US Open, Nationals): the coach travel fund fee may be higher, based on meet location.  Furthermore, swimmers receive reimbursement from South Carolina Swimming for all national-level meets.

    Leaving The Wahoos
    30 day written notice is required. 

    Beginning with the 2025-2026 season, we will implement a cancellation policy.  Swimmers submitting written notice:
    Before January 1, 2026: $200 fee
    Between January 1- January 31, 2026: $190 fee
    Between February 1- February 28, 2026: $180 fee
    Between March 1- March 31, 2026: $170 fee
    Between April 1- April 30, 2026: $160 fee
    May 1st or after: $150 fee


    Families that do not participate in the long course season (May-July): we cannot guaratee your spot for the following season.  

    Families that participate for the 11 month season are guaranteed a roster spot for the next season, so long as your swimmer meets the training group expectations (detailed under the Training Groups tab). 

    Exception: Mini-HOOS. This group ends in March.  Some Mini-HOOS will be ready for, and promoted to the HOOS 1 group.  Other Mini-HOOS will best be served by taking a break and coming out for the evaluations in July of 2026 for the 2026-2027 season.
