We believe in training our swimmers to be the best they can be in and out of the pool. We strive to teach our swimmers what hard work and perseverance look like. Most importantly, we want our swimmers to know how a good teammate acts and we want to challenge them to think in new ways so that they can learn valuable life lessons from MSA.

We want all of our swimmers to know about the importance of hard work, to learn about reducing pain and injury, to form lifelong relationships, and to maintain a healthy balance between being a student, athlete, and having a personal life.

Our coaches embody these standards in their personal life and hope to mold the athletes we work with to create a healthy balance with goals that lead into life lessons.

Swimming is about a lot more than swimming!
