Hannah Krings Signs with University of Evansville

Hannah Krings Signs Scholarship Papers to Swim for the University of Evansville!

 

Congratulations to Hannah Krings as she recently signed to swim for the Purple Aces of Evansville!  The conference room at Dublin was packed on April 18, as Hannah's signing was celebrated by dozens of teammates and many swim-parents, and even the covey of 8&Unders whom she coaches :)

 

As a high-schooler, Hannah was a contributor to the Westminster Christian Academy State Championship season (2019) and runner-up season (2020).  She now joins the squad at Evansville in a position to contribute to their re-building Distance Group, as she is just 12 seconds outside of their All-Time-Top-10 for the 1650 Freestyle.  The Purple Aces have had a Women's Swimming program for 25 years, and it has been 3 years since someone has broken into their Top 10 in that event.  Hannah is being recruited to reverse that recent trend!

 

The University of Evansville competes in the Missouri Valley Conference, comprising 12 schools in the midwest and midsouth.

 

The Purple Aces gain is MSA's loss, as Hannah is not only a leader among our swimmers, but has become a coveted member of our coaching staff, instrumental in our 8&Unders winning the 2023 Regional Championship.
